Credit Desk was conceived and built by a practitioner who spent years in housing finance underwriting — reviewing CAM notes at midnight, manually computing FOIR on spreadsheets, and cross-checking bank statements line by line.

The goal was simple: build a workstation that does the mechanical work instantly, so the underwriter can focus on judgment. Every feature in Credit Desk solves a real problem from the field.
